"Christopher Howard's Relocation and Retirement Tours,
A valuable and educational experience you must have for living in Costa Rica."
|

More North Americans live in Costa Rica per capita than any other country outside of the U.S. They can't be wrong!
About Christopher Howard - He is the most
renowned writer, expert in retirement and relocation in for people who desire
living in Costa Rica. Christopher's exposure though speaking at seminars of
large development projects in Costa Rica provides him with insight to properly
appraise you of the best locations and investment opportunities in the desirable
growth areas of Costa Rica. His information is informal and provides you with
the basis for investigation. This is not a regular Tour, Chris is with you all
the way and is like a constant seminar. What Separates
Christopher Howards Retirement Tours from the Other Tours and
Relocation Services?
Here is what Christopher Howard brings to the table:
1) Christopher Howard has lived in Costa Rica for almost 30 years and in
Latin America for over 40 years. He he has written and published 15
editions of his perennial best seller, “The New Golden Door to
Retirement and Living in Costa Rica.” Experience is EVERYTHING and
Christopher stands out above the crowd.
2) Christopher INVENTED and PIONEERED retirement in Costa Rica and put
the country on the map for Baby Boomers with his books and tours.
Because of this success, his tours and books have been imitated but
NEVER equaled by anyone.
3) Christopher has a Master Degree in Spanish linguistics and therefore
understands Costa Rica, the Latin culture and mindset BETTER than any
other foreigner in Costa Rica. He has written the ONLY Spanish guide to
help beginners learn Costa Rican slang. This information cannot be found
anyplace else in English. It has already helped 1000s master the basics
of the local language. Knowing Spanish will save you TIME and MONEY.
4) NO other retirement tour guide has the CONTACTS Christopher does. He
has personally met with Costa Rica’s Nobel Prize winning president on
several occasions. On this tour you will make the connections you need
to be successful in Costa Rica. You meet lawyers, moving specialists,
medical experts, the best contacts in the field of real estate, people
who have actually move here successfully.
5) Christopher is the MOST read authority on living in Costa Rica and
has appeared on the NBC Today Show, CNBC World News and other television
and radio programs. In addition, he is the ONLY author of the guides
about living and retiring in Costa Rica who lives in the country FULL
TIME. Thus, he stays up to date on everything that affects foreigners
living in Costa Rica. This ENSURES that the information you receive on
the tour is accurate and current.
6) NONE of the other tours and relocation services have been in business
over four years. Some of the guides who lead other tours have only lived
in the country a few years! How can you become an expert retirement
guide or offer relocation services in such a short time? One tour is
even led by a travel agent who is not even a relocation tour guide.
People think by just moving to Costa Rica and spending a few years they
are qualified. Indeed Costa Rica is a magical country and and people can
be turned into experts almost over night.
7) Over the last two decades Christopher has personally HELPED 1000s of
people relocate successfully to Costa Rica and live their DREAMS. NOBODY
else can make this claim. You could NOT be in better hands and could
NEVER learn what you do from Christopher on your own. Christopher takes
great PRIDE in helping his clients find HAPPINESS in Costa Rica.
8) Christopher has a successful investment portfolio and will SHARE his
methods of how to profit by investing in Costa Rica, if you so desire.

The Disadvantages of
Self-Guided Retirement Tours:
When thinking of retirement in Costa Rica one of the first things that comes
to mind is the best way to explore the country. A lot has been written in
publications and websites about this subject and some of the information is
incorrect. When thinking of retirement in Costa Rica one of the first things

Those who have a high level of Spanish fluency, who have traveled
extensively abroad or visited Costa Rica on numerous occasions will probably
have success touring the country on their own. However, they are few and far
between. On the other hand, almost one hundred percent of the participants
on my retirement/relocation tours have stated that they could have never
explored the country on their own nor made the contacts I provide.
At some point independent travelers will have to drive or take buses which
can prove tiresome. There have also been cases where people traveling by bus
have had their luggage stolen. Even if you choose to fly, at some point you
will a taxi or bus since you won't have ground transportation which can add
up to a lot of money. On top of that most travelers speak little or no
Spanish which can increase their anxiety and make them feel helpless when
asking directions when lost. Remember NOT all Costa Ricans speak English.
Imagine having car troubles or some other emergency in the middle of nowhere
and trying to communicate with people. I had one client for a two-day
consultation who insisted on renting an automobile and driving as we toured
the Central Valley. After our tour he remarked that he saw very little.
Wouldn't it be easier to take a guided retirement/relocation tour than to
have to deal with all the situations above? I would think so.The knowledge
and contacts you get from an experienced retirement guide are invaluable.
And best of all you can leave all of the headaches like finding lodging,
transportation, viewing the inside of homes and looking for a good
restaurants to your guide. By the time time you ad up your valuable time, the
monetary and emotional costs of a self-guided tour, a guided retirement tour
is a no brainer.
