Progress Report
A limited number of lots available at predevelopment prices.
Work is moving quickly at Orchid Point Estates. This video clip shows work on
the exterior road leading to the property entrance. The rough in on this has
been completed on work on the interior roads is in process. The interior road
work is divided into several contracts. The larges section, Contract #1, was
completed on February 21. Work on Road Contract #2 is to be completed by February
28.
