The hotel was built in the early 90's and was completely renovated in 2005. It is also just 1/2 block from the new Marina Pez Vela that is under construction and scheduled to open in the fall of 2008.The hotel boasts 14 rooms with a beautiful pool, "Tiki Bar" and covered poolside dining area. In addition there is a complete employee break area with an air conditioned kitchen, break area, showers and restroom facility.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, cable television, digital safes, and mini-fridges. We have continued to update the property by building a brand new pool and Tiki bar in 2006. In July of 2007 we expanded the area of the hotel under air by building a new separate lobby and retail area with recessed lighting and wood flooring.

Area Development:

One only needs to compare the immense impact that the Los Suenos marina had on the small town of Herradura to see what the enormous potential growth that is sure to come with the infrastructure already in place in Quepos. Already home to the second biggest sport fishing fleet in Costa Rica (second only now to Los Suenos), domestic airport, regional hospital, and variety of dining and shopping opportunities the increase in investment is sure to come even faster in Quepos.

The hotel will be located just outside the marina complex and in the center of all the action, just steps away from the hundreds of multi million dollar yachts that will call Quepos home. Potential use for the facility include a Sport fishing Inn, Tour Operator facility, hotel/condo concept or secured by long term leases for the crews of the mega yachts nearby.

The current zoning allows for two more floors of construction and may increase with the limits now permitted within the marina. All corporate documents are up to date.
