It is  a  package consisting of eight days, seven nights and six full surf days. Included is all ground transportation from Managua airport to the hotel and back. Airport A/C rides both ways with English speaking guide.Daily shuttles to the waiting boats and to and from the surf aboard three purpose built surf vessels.

While you are there, we feed you varied and delicious breakfasts at the hotel and super lunches aboard the boats (most often with fresh seafood) and always with snacks, purified water, beer, and sodas included. You will have a qualified guide / boat operator and the boats themselves are the best equipped and maintained in the country. You only pay for your evening meals and beverages in any of twenty food stands and restaurants in San Juan del Sur.

The Masayita is a 32-foot Vietnamese inspired Sampan. She is newly re-powered by a 70 HP Suzuki four-stroke outboard and cruises at ten knots. The deck layout is optimized for tropical surfing. It has lots of shade and room for 12 surfboards. I also have a 25ft Ponga powered by a 115 horse power Suzuki four stroke. This boat is the fastest ponga in the bay and cuts travel time and extends the range of surf spots. We use this for smaller groups and dawn patrols.

On the boat, fresh water showers, Ripping grinds and cold beer, sodas and purified water included. On this trip you don’t have to move your boards every night. We have a watchman that sleeps aboard so you only handle the boards when you arrive and when you go home

The accomodations are in a custom-built surf lodge is right on the beach in Pie de Gigante. The ride to and from the airport  is in and of itself,  is interesting. You are also within walking distance to both sports bars and local NICA style dining. You can also see Rio Colorado and Ponga Drops from the living Room.

The next morning, breakfast is served at 6:30 AM and the Masayita crew will pick you up at seven. Your boards will be loaded and that’s the last time you’ll worry about them till you hit the road to Managua again. The capable crew takes over and their job number one is to maximize your surfing experience.

The fishing lines go out as we clear Bahia San Juan del Sur and the fun begins. We have ten different surf spots within the day range of the Masayita.
