Natural Hot and Cold Springs, Pools and
Waterfalls, an Old Fashioned Swimming Hole and the Arenal River.Our eighteen freeform, landscaped pools provide our guests with
great views of the volcano and a multitude of options. With
temperatures ranging from 76˚F to 103˚F and environments that vary
from raging waterfalls to tranquil forest experiences our guests can
find the perfect pool for their mood and the current weather
conditions. Tests of our hot mineral springs reveal an ideal natural
combination of high bicarbonate and high chlorides with relatively
low sulfur content to provide a safe and clean soaking experience. |
In the fall of 2008 we hope to open a second phase of twelve pools
down in the valley overlooking the Arenal River as well as a
creek-fed, old fashioned, swimming hole near the river with hot
springs percolating up from the sand below. Of course, the kilometer
of river frontage on the property lends itself to a variety of
activities including swimming, inner-tubing, kayaking, fishing and
hiking.
Each Guest Room and Villa have a Private Terrace with Balcony and Volcano View, Hammocks, Rocking Chairs, Central Air
Conditioning, Luxurious Satellite Television with 37” Flat Screen TV,

The Springs Spa and Fitness
Center offers services
in a luxurious and holistic setting administered by trained
professionals with the latest technology.
Features a common lobby with spectacular views, it has separate Ladies’ and
Men’s relaxation areas for privacy. The locker rooms are equipped with steam and sauna rooms as
well as private shower and changing accommodations. |
We offer a varied selection of dining
options sure to please even the most discriminating palates. Our Restaurants and Bars are: Las Ventanas (The
Windows), Tres Cascadas (Three Waterfalls), Ginger Sushi, Treetops
Grill, Heliconia Bar, La Laguna Bar (The Lagoon Bar), The Ranchito
Bar (The Little Rancho), Los Perdidos Bar (The Lost Ones), Ginger
Sushi Bar and Games Lounge.
The Games side of our Casino level features old
fashioned parlor games such as billiards, darts, chess, checkers,

Vista Guest Room:
2 guests in a King Size bed with a possible
rollaway for children.
Alta Vista Guest Room:
2 guests in a King Size bed with a possible
rollaway for children. The Alta Vista has 18’ vaulted ceilings and a
sweeping view of not only the volcano but the valley below.
Family Suite Guest Room:
4 guests with a
possible rollaway for additional children. It has a split-level
design with 2 private bathrooms. The Master Bathroom has a Jacuzzi
Tub. There is a King Size Bed on the lower master level and one King
Size Bed or two Single beds on the Mezzanine Level.
Villa Guayaba:
4 guests with a possible rollaway for children. Boasts
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a Jacuzzi Tub in the Master bath, full
kitchen, heated plunge pool with Jacuzzi jets and cascades, sun
deck, hammocks and outdoor dining area.
Villa Calatea:
4 guests with a possible rollaway for children. 2 bedrooms,
2 1/2 bathrooms both with Jacuzzi Tubs. In addition, the Guest Room has an
outdoor shower on its private terrace. Living room and kitchen with refrigerator, microwave
and toaster oven. The Villa has separate entrances, heated plunge
pool with Jacuzzi jets and cascades, sun deck, hammocks and outdoor
dining area.
Villa Trianda & Palm Bungalow Connected:
2 Oversized Master Suites and 3 Luxurious
Bathrooms. The lavish
villa can either be rented in its entirety or divided into two
separate Suites. Connected
accommodates 4 guests with the possibility to use two built-in
couch/beds in the living room plus the extra full bath off the
living room for children. A full kitchen, living area, separate
entrances, heated plunge pool with jacuzzi jets and cascades, separate outdoor jacuzzi with cascades, multiple sun decks,
hammocks, day bed and outdoor dining area. The Master Bathroom and
Guest Bathroom both have Jacuzzi Tubs and indoor and outdoor
showers.
Villa Trianda:
2 guests in the Master Suite. The Garden Bathroom
has both an indoor and outdoor shower as well as a Jacuzzi Tub. The
separate living area has two built-in couch/beds plus a full bath,
dining area, and kitchen, heated plunge pool with Jacuzzi jets and
cascades, two sun decks, hammocks, day bed and outdoor dining area.
Palm Bungalow:
2 guests in the Master Suite. The heated outdoor
Jacuzzi with cascades, sun deck, hammocks and outdoor dining area
allow for a private yet completely breathtaking experience.

Guest Room Rates (Vista, Alta Vista,
Honeymoon Vista, Family Suites) are based on double occupancy and do not
include Breakfast or Sales Tax. Each additional adult is $50, each child
is $40. Lodging includes unlimited access to all Hot Springs and Pools
($40 per person value, 2010).
Villa & Suite Rates (Two Bedroom Junior

Villa Guayaba and Villa Calatea) are based on quadruple occupancy. The
Three Bedroom Springs Suite is based on 6 person occupancy. Rates do not
