Bahia Pez Vela Resort is a seaside
community consisting of 19 ocean front villas on one of Costa Rica's
most secluded beaches. Our beach villas are located in the Gulf of
Papagayo, the area is famous for activities like world-class scuba
diving, snorkeling and deep-sea fishing. Our most prized possession is
our private ebony- sand beach; each villa is just steps away from the
shoreline of one of the best-kept secrets in Costa Rica. Forming a cove
surrounded by imposing cliffs, our crescent-shaped beach is always the
main focal point for any eyes visiting the property.

cove surrounded by imposing cliffs, our crescent-shaped beach is always
the main focal point for any eyes visiting the property. The sound of
gentle waves lapping up onto the extraordinary volcanic sand lulls
guests into a dreamlike trance – the perfect lullaby.

It doesn’t get better than this. Situated at the crown of the visitor’s
mecca of Guanacaste, the Bahia Pez Vela Resort is centrally located to
several national parks, volcanoes, waterfalls, caves and stunning
beaches. Nearby is the best diving in the country and, quite possibly,
the best fishing as well. Though our peaceful, secluded vacation
community seems worlds away from civilization, the conveniences of Playa
del Coco and the Liberia International Airport, just 20 minutes away,
are near to hand.
