Drake Bay Wilderness Resort is located in the Osa Peninsula on the oceanfront with the pristine tropical river "Agujitas" behind us. Drake Bay Wilderness Resort proudly offers the most desirable location in the area.

Since the Drake Bay Wilderness Resort is at sea level, there are no steep steps or difficult beach landings. It even has its own private dock for easy access into the Hotel. The Costa Rica resort has 20 charming tropical cabins available with queen size beds, hot water shower, porch and ceiling fans, and tile bathrooms. All cabins have a view of the bay and the surrounding rain forest.  All have a view of the bay, mountains and rain forest.

The Drake Bay Wilderness Resort cabin windows are fully screened. As a result, no bed nets are necessary. The cabin porches and bar are open to the breeze! Free laundry service with clothes returned the same day! Ocean View Pool! Warm ocean water fills our beautiful pool located right at the ocean's edge. Lunch is available everyday at our open-air poolside restaurant.

NOTE: A new government program to protect Corcovado National Park and Caño Island Biological Reserve limits the amount of visitors allowed. For high season it is important to book well in advance to guarantee access for tours to these areas.
