Sportfishing in Costa Rica on the World Famous
"Swordfish"

Fishing from the Marriott Los Suenos Marina: Los Suenos Marina holds one of the largest sport fishing fleet in the country and hosts many fishing tournaments throughout the year.  At Los Suenos the seas are almost always calm. To have 10 shots at a billfish in a day's fishing is common, 20 not unheard of and many days have been recorded when more than 30 fish were raised in a day.
The Costa Rica fishing grounds off Los Suenos Marina are famous for the numbers of sailfish, but there is also a good chance to hook into a big marlin. These cobalt waters hold big dolphin fish, known here as dorado, as well as several species of tuna and wahoo.
The inshore fishing offers an opportunity to tangle with roosterfish, cubera snapper and broomtail grouper. The current world record snook at 57 pounds 12 ounces was taken at the mouth of the Rio Naranjo.   "Marlin leaving with the fly!"

My memories of you guys and that boat are some of the greatest ones I'll ever have. I'll carry them with me for the rest of my life. We need to reproduce that hull with a single volvo and expand.
