Silver King Lodge is located on the east coast
of Costa Rica on the Rio Colorado River, in the ecologically wild
life preserve known as Barra del Colorado. This new deluxe sport
fishing lodge is situated in the midst of a tropical rain forest
where wildlife abounds. Silver King Lodge offers you 23 Ft. Closed
transom deep V. hull, unsinkable, fiberglass boats. (These are the
largest fastest and safest, boats on the east coast of Costa Rica).
Equipped with fish
finders, 25 watt ship to shore radios and fighting chairs. These
boats are capable of crossing the river mouth in almost any
conditions, as well as running off shore for Wahoo, Tuna, Dorado and
Bill fish. We also offer smaller aluminum boats for exciting back
country fishing in the many lagoons and rivers surrounding the
lodge.
These include liquor, beer and soft drinks.
Imported liquors are charged at a rate of $5.00 per drink. (i.e. Jack
Daniels, Chivas Regal, Baileys, etc.)
A full time massage therapist is on staff at the lodge.
Although Tarpon and Snook, as well as many other offshore species, can be
caught year around, heavy rains during certain months make fishing more
difficult and less enjoyable.
