If names don’t match passport, reissue fees will occur at
passenger’s own expense.
Airline tickets are NON-
REFUNDABLE / TRANSFERABLE / ENDORSABLE.
All tickets MUST BE
reconfirmed 48-72 hours in advance for each travel date. Change of
date (s) or time (s) once ticket is issued will incur a $125.00
penalty per ticket if applicable plus any difference in price.
Due to limited
availability, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS for unused
services for any reason.

required to have a passport. It must be valid at least 6 months from
departure date

Proper travel
documents and visas are your responsibility
CANCELLATIONS other than
airline tickets MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING and they are subject to
the following conditions:

If received more
than 90 days it will incur a cancellation fee plus any supplier fee.

If received less
than 90 days prior to departure, NO REFUNDS.
Due this Policy, we highly

Tico Travel™ and its
associates are acting as agents in selling travel related services or
in accepting reservations for services (such as air and ground
transportation, hotel, meals tours etc). Tico Travel™ therefore is not
responsible for any intentional or careless acts or omissions on part
of such suppliers, which result is any loss, damage, delay or injury
to cardholder, or those travelers paid for by cardholder. Unless the
word “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on tickets,
invoices or itinerary, Tico Travel™ does not guarantee supplier’s
rates, bookings, reservations, availability or handling of personal
effects. Tico Travel™ cannot be held responsible for any injuries,
damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist
activities, local laws, climactic actions, mechanical failures, or any
other actions outside of Tico Travel’s control. All travelers are
responsible for checking and verifying all passports, visa,
vaccination or any other entry requirement of each destination. By
embarking, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such
travel, whether expected or unexpected. By signing below the
cardholder consents to the above conditions and on behalf of all
fellow travelers agrees to convey the contents of this agreement to
all other travelers named above.
I have read and accept the
conditions of the reservations and I agree to pay the amount here
authorized, even though I have not signed the original charge note or
voucher. I agree to pay this amount in case of “No Show”. I understand
that in case of cancellation, I am responsible for all penalties
charged by individual suppliers. I also acknowledge that discount
International Airline tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE AND
NON-ENDORSABLE.
