A detailed itinerary of a one week tour to Argentina that includes Calafate, Perito Moreno National Park, Ushuaia and Tierra del Fuego.

Day 1: CALAFATE
Arrival at the Airport. Meet and transfer to the Hotel.

Day 2: CALAFATE
Half day City Tour of Calafate, also visiting “Bajo Gualichu” , not very far away from El Calafate. A wild place where you will find cave paintings that were discovered by Perito Moreno. Return to the hotel. 

Day 3: CALAFATE
Full day tour to the Perito Moreno National Park, about 1 hour away from El Calafate. Ride along the Provincial route #11, along the “Lago Argentino” (Lake Argentina) and after 35 km, arrive at The Glaciers National Park. This is a wooden area full of “ñires”, “lengas”, “notros” and “guindos” (all local plants).  Arrival at the Perito Moreno Glacier Viewpoint, to see all its splendor . On arriving you will realize that the Glacier is a spectacle itself all year round as the incredible ice slides are continuous, and the huge ice blocks become beautiful floating ice floes of deep blue, hardly ever seen , showing scenery that will take your breath away. In the afternoon, return to the hotel.

Day 4: CALAFATE - USHUAIA
Breakfast . Transfer to the airport to departure on flight to Ushuaia . Arrival and meet then a transfer to the hotel.

Day 5: USHUAIA
City Tour. Visit the different panoramic points of the City with its maritime-andean environments, unique to this country. You will also be able to visit the famous “Museo del Fin del Mundo” (End of the World Museum), the ex-Military Presidium and the “Cárcel de Reincidentes” (Reoffender Prision).In the afternoon, tour to the Tierra del Fuego National Park The entrance is 12 km west the City The forest shows beautiful views of the Beagle Canal and other places to watch the local fauna.  Return to the Hotel.

Day 6: USHUAIA
Tour to the Escondido and Fagnano Lakes. Going through the “Andes Fueguinos”,with its forests, beavers docks, arrival to the “Paso Garibaldi” (Garibaldi Pass) to see the Escondido y Fagnano Lakes. Descent to the Lake Starting from the Escondido Lake, go throguh the “Zona de los Aserraderos” (sawmill area) where the route approaches the edge of the Fagnano Lake. Return to the hotel. 

Day 7: USHUAIA
Breakfast and transfer to the Airport
