Ocotal Beach Resort and Hotel is a four-star beachfront Costa Rica Resort, a leader among Costa Rica's hotels and resorts, known for its outstanding style, comfort, and service. Accommodations consist of 59 rooms: standards, bungalows, and suites. All rooms have air conditioning, king or two queen beds, ceiling fan, security box, hot water, color satellite TV and telephone. Each one has its own terrace over looking the blue Pacific where you can enjoy room service from Ocotal Beach Resort Hotel gourmet restaurant menu. Playa Ocotal is a calm, sandy beach, about a third of a mile long; it's ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and other outdoor activities. It's also a perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Facilities

Our rooms have amazing ocean views, air conditioning, cable TVs, telephones, coffee makers, safe deposit boxes, hair dryers, and private terraces or balconies. Suites include a living room, refrigerator, and Jacuzzi. We offer food and beverage service to all our pools, rooms, and beach areas. The resort has 12 bungalows, five suites, and 42 standard rooms.

Sitting on a cliff and surrounded by the ocean, the main restaurant, “La Brisa” serves an international menu specializing in fresh seafood. Right on the beach, you will find the famous “Father Rooster Bar & Grill”, an old house turned into a bar. Very busy place during the high season.

El Ocotal Beach Resort Hotel has Costa Rica’s most renowned professional Scuba Diving operation.
