With this Costa Rica fishing package you will be fishing from the picturesque town of Tamarindo with Costa Rica Sportfishing charters whose captains are experienced professionals, and as a group represent the most comprehensive body of local knowledge of these waters available in Costa Rica.

Since Tico Travel is a independent Costa Rica fishing company that continuously monitors the quality of service provided by many of the top Costa Rica sport fishing companies. We work directly with the owners or managers of the boats, not booking companies. Therefore, you can choose the type and size of charter boat as well as stay at either a deluxe or standard Costa Rica Hotel, whichever fits your budget. If you do not already have a hotel in mind then ask your Tico Travel fishing professional for a recommendation on what is a favorite fishing hotel among anglers. Keep in mind that the best time to fish these waters is from May to November.

As with all fishing packages at Tico Travel, This Costa Rica Fishing package can also be modified to fit your budget or schedule. Catch-and-release is practiced on all Costa Rica billfish; with the food species the practice is catch what you can eat and release the rest. International Airfare is not included.
